About winning a BILD award: https://renx.ca/torontos-innovative-plant-wins-bild-award/

From their bumpf:

The common amenity space will include communal urban garden areas, as well as utilizing inventive areas in every suite for growing. Also, an on-site cistern will be utilized for irrigation rather than letting it run-off into the sewer system and more efficient building material & practices are utilized wherever possible. Then beyond the bricks and mortar, there’s the living local lifestyle. The great shopping and restaurants are great, but transportation is a big part of it all too. You can bike most anywhere.
