About winning a BILD award: https://renx.ca/torontos-innovative-plant-wins-bild-award/

The common amenity space will include communal urban garden areas, as well as utilizing inventive areas in every suite for growing. Also, an on-site cistern will be utilized for irrigation rather than letting it run-off into the sewer system and more efficient building material & practices are utilized wherever possible.
