Laneway houses photo gallery

Here below is just a tiny sample of the many existing laneway houses in the city. The city has no list of legal laneway/coach houses, and no estimate of the total number. When asked about it, Toronto Planning said that finding out what already exists, how those houses work, if there have been any problems, fires, etc., was "not part of our work plan." Too bad -- all that actual experience is wasted. So the bylaw was based on hypothetical possibilities.
