Dear CTC friends!

Here we are, another year in and we have had some more success with our efforts towards electrification of the Georgetown Corridor and raising awareness of the issue! As we move into our 3rd year of working together, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you, our members, and to meet some more of you at our 2nd Anniversary Railbender at the Gladstone Hotel on Monday, May 16th at 7pm. Our special guest will include the author of OUR report on electrification, Greg Gormick, and we have a some great entertainment lined up for our listening pleasure.

As well, we will have more details on our next Annual General Meeting which will be coming up in June. We need to broaden our base, get some more volunteers for key roles and start gearing up for the next Provincial election in October. So come out on the 16th of May to celebrate our collective efforts, meet fellow members and organizers, and hopefully some politicians who have and will make a difference to our communities from all levels of government and all political parties.

Hope to see you there!
