To Whom It May Concern, The plan to extend the pile drivers and construction hours with the addition of weekend work through the summer months is completely unacceptable. And, once again the Resident’s of the community were given an inadequate amount of notice of the impending weekend work.

Most people make their summer plans well in advance of the season and to impose this on us and basically drive a wedge through any plans we might have had to enjoy our homes and our neighbourhood during the weekends in question, amounts to cruel and usual punishment.

What action is GO prepared to take to compensate the Resident’s for the disruption to their lives, their plans and for displacing us from our own homes during what is a very short summer season?

Yes completely unacceptable..... Dropped off at our doors AGAIN a couple of days prior.

On which day of the week are the residents of this neighbourhood supposed to rest up for their work week ahead for the next month? How far were these flyers distibuted? Is there any plan in place for relocation of residents affected by this weekend work and after hours work during this time period?

I'm not sure whether everyone on this list received the construction update that we had in our mail from GO yesterday, so I thought that I would send out the basic information to the group - it basically says that pile driving will be extended to Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 9 to 5 (with other construction occuring between 7am and 7pm on Saturdays). They say that this is for the next 3 weeks (June 25 to July 13), but I still think that this is unacceptable, and that this is setting a precedent for extended hours that I am very uncomfortable with.

I just wanted to keep everyone informed.

Please provide the proper channels to get this project halted. We have put up with too much already, and the only thing worse than this construction project is it's intended use afterwards.
