Tel: 416-392-3376 Email: Marguerite.Pigott@toronto.ca December 17, 2020 Jutta Mason The Centre for Local Research into Public Space (CELOS) 242 Havelock Street Toronto, ON. M6H 3B9 Dear Jutta, Re: ShowLoveTO Partner Activation Grant Program and Letter of Agreement On November 25, 2020, Mayor Tory announced the launch of the ShowLoveTO Partner Activation Grant Program for community activations planned to take place in Toronto between January 1st 2021 and December 31st, 2021. I am delighted to inform you that The Centre for Local Research into Public Space (CELOS) is being offered a one time funding ShowLoveTO Partner Program grant of $2,500.00. In accepting this grant, you agree to use the funds for the purposes for which they were approved. In doing so, we require that you meet all criteria and conditions of the grant. You are required to return a signed copy of this agreement and a fully completed copy of the attached direct deposit application by December 21st at 12 pm E.T., or this offer becomes null and void. Please email these documents to collin.joseph@toronto.ca.

The City may request that your organization participate in a financial audit with a randomly selected number of grant recipients. During this process we will be reviewing any receipts and documents with respect to disbursals of City funding. Please ensure that you maintain these records, invoices and other documents in a manner consistent with generally accepted accounting and business practices, and that they are available upon request. Furthermore, we ask for your confirmation of the criteria, grant terms and conditions by signing this copy of the Letter of Agreement. Further, you are required to fill out the attached direct deposit application in order to receive your grant funds. All activity related to this grant is expected to be fully completed by December 31st 2021. A final report confirming the project completion and a financial report must be submitted within six months of event completion, and no later than December 31st 2021, otherwise your organization will be deemed ineligible for future funding opportunities. The report must include a list of expenditures detailing the use of the grant funds, and a one-page narrative summary. Finally, should your organization's status change from that described in the program's eligibility criteria, all grant funds must be returned to the City. As part of our commitment to public accountability and transparency, the City of Toronto publishes information about all grant recipients online, including the organization’s name and amount received under the program heading. Should you have any questions regarding your letter of agreement, please contact Collin Joseph at collin.joseph@toronto.ca Congratulations on your successful application. We wish you success with your event. Yours truly, Marguerite Pigott Film Commissioner and Director of Entertainment Industries City of Toronto
