First board meeting of new board, June 28, 2020

First board meeting of the new smaller board, at 1 p.m. June 28, 2020, in Dufferin Grove Park.

In attendance:

Lily Weston, Jane Price, Mary Jane Young, and Jutta Mason. The meeting took place out of doors in Dufferin Grove Park with participants sitting six feet apart.

The purpose of the meeting was elect a new president, treasurer and secretary.

The following positions were decided unanimously: 1. President: Lily Weston
2. Treasurer: Jane Price
3. Secretary: Mary Jane Young.

Jutta Mason presented the Canada Revenue Agency annual report (due June 30), and Lily Weston signed it as president.

The board approved the new position of CELOS "program director" for Mayssan Shuja Uddin.

At 1.45, Jane Price moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Lily Weston, all in favour.
