22. June 27. CUPE sets up a picket line, but no attempt to slow things down.

23. June 28. Day three of the garbage dump.

24. June 28. The neighborhood around the dump entrance has sprouted many signs.

25. June 28. The management helpers at the dump have all sprouted green t-shirts that say "customer service." There are seven such green t-shirted people at 4 pm. One brings out his guitar.

26. June 28. Along Bloor Street, a shrink-wrapped trash bin with a picture of the ferry and a sign "half the fun is getting there." Sadly ironic. Trash is leaning up against the bin.

27. From a park user: "The Orkin guy with chemicals and mask ready to blanket the makeshift garbage dump with toxins. He refused - and so did the city staff on site - to disclose which chemicals would be sprayed." June 28
